Buy a house that has an extra bedroom.

And that’s because creativity requires much more energy, focus and courage… than just recycling your past.

And as adults, instead of looking to our future, we tend to start looking to our past to answer the question of what we are capable of…

I’ve never done it before… so I can’t do it now.

But contrary to popular belief, your past doesn’t answer the questions to your future.

Because what you are capable of,

IS YET TO BE SEEN.

So when you learn how to burn down your confusion, the overwhelm, the fear, and remove your armor of clever excuses…

What will be left is the raw, wild fuel of your authentic dreams.

And your very own map.

And the ultimate prize will not be the glory, but rather the journey itself, which will give you that profound and enduring sense of joy and legacy that will last way beyond your years.

“I really should exercise more.”

run every other day, or sign up for a class, buy a treadmill or drive to the gym.

And this burst of enthusiasm can last a little while and might even create some good results for you.

But for so many of us, this change is not sustainable

And at some point our enthusiasm crashes and burns.

And that’s because you can’t just change WHAT you are doing.

What you have to do is change WHO you are being.

It is a simple flow to your intended workouts, when who you are being is supported by your thoughts and beliefs.

And when you are able to learn how to drop the resistance that’s coming from your own self, that’s when you start getting some momentum…

even if you’ve hated exercise your whole entire life.

Because instead of “should-ing” on yourself, you’ll begin to “WANT TO” exercise more…

and in turn show up with much more energy and motivation.

It is an art to learn how to take sustainable actions for yourself.

But once you master this one skill,

you can apply it to any other healthy habit you choose.
